To all sweet lovers: A recipe to make easily vanilla and praline muffins

  Ingredients

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (th. 6). Mix together 70 g of butter, 1 egg, 200 g of whole milk, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, 220 g of flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

2. Pour 5 cl of peanut or sunflower oil, then add 50 g of chopped white chocolate and 50 g of crushed pralines. Stir until well combined.

3. Divide evenly the batter in the muffin paper cups and bake for 15 minutes.
