Chocolate fondant with pear

A sweet chocolate fondant recipe with pear. Easy to prepare.

1. Peel pears, cut them in half keeping the tails. Place in a saucepan with 20 g of sugar and cover with water. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2.  Preheat oven to th. 6/7 200°C. Chop chocolate into pieces in a large saucepan, add butter in pieces and the remaining sugar. Melt over low heat, stirring. Off the heat, add flour, then eggs one by one. Combine well.

3. In a tart pan, place 6 disposable aluminum baking cups. Pour the chocolate mixture and place half a pear in the middle. Bake for 14 minutes. Serve warm.
