Ingredients
1. Crumble the wafer biscuits. Cut the butter in pieces. Break 150 g of chocolate into pieces and melt in a pan in a water bath with the cream. mix. Off the heat, add the butter with sugar and wafer pieces and stir.
2. Line cling film in 6 ramekins. Pour in the batter and refrigerate for 24 hours.
3. Before serving, let melt over low heat the remaining chocolate with 1 tablespoon of water.
4. Unmould the diplomats on plates and drizzle with melted chocolate. Serve immediately.
Our baking tip: Sprinkle a little icing sugar when the chocolate has hardened a bit.
