We suggest this quick recipe to make tasty sweet potato fries. You will love it!

1. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into fry-shaped pieces .

2. In a large saucepan, heat oil. Immerse a handful of fries to pre-cook. Remove them with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Repeat for the remaining potatoes by batches.

3. Let cool the cooking oil and remove any particles. Reheat and dip a handful of fries. Continue cooking until golden. brown. Take out with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Repeat with the last batch of potatoes.

4. Place the fries in a dish, salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
