Delight your friends for appetizer with crispy bites, quark cheese, pistachios, dates and honey.

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). Layer 4 sheets of phyllo, cut squares of 10 cm. Brush with melted butter. Place them in ramekins or silicone moulds for muffins.

2. Bake for 10 minutes, watching carefully. Let cool.

3. Season the quark cheese with salt and pepper. Blend the pistachios and mix them with the almonds. Cut the dates into small pieces.

4. Just before serving, spread the quark cheese in phyllo sheets. Sprinkle some pistachioalmond mixture, add a few dates and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy immediately.
