Ingredients
1. Steam 12 potatoes for 20 minutes. Skin off and mash.
2. Peel 2 onions, cut into thin slices and cook until golden. Add 160 g of turkey bacon slices frayed and potatoes. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
3. Shape into patties, and cook for 10 to 15 minutes over low heat in a nonstick pan with 20g butter and 6 tablespoons of olive oil, flipping when they are golden brown.
4. Sprinkle with black peppercorns and serve with lamb’s lettuce.
