Stuffed pork with pear and cheese

For a gourmet lunch or dinner, try this recipe to prepare stuffed pork with pear and cheese. A delight for the whole family.

1. Cut cheddar cheese into  thin slices. Peel the pears. Remove the core and seeds, then cut into slices. Cut 6 thick slices of pork.

2. With a knife, open the meat slices in half without going to the end, so that the two halves are joined. Stuff with the cheese slices and pear.

3. Preheat the oven to 210°C (th. 7).

4. Oil a baking dish. Arrange the stuffed pork slices. Salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes. Wash, dry, thin out and chop basil. Sprinkle the meat. Serve immediately, and complement with mashed potatoes.
