Egg fried rice with broccoli and pork

For a complete meal in one dish, try this Asian egg fried rice with broccoli and pork.

1. Cut the pork into fine slices. Place in a small bowl and add the fish sauce and 1 tablespoon of the soya sauce. Let marinate in the fridge. Chop the broccoli into small pieces.

2. Cook the rice, ideally in a rice-cooker, or in water for 10 minutes. Drain.

3. Heat oil in a wok, add the garlic and rice. Fry over high heat. Add the eggs and mix well. Add the meat and broccoli. Toss until all the ingredients are cooked.

4. Add the rest of the soy sauce, sugar, cilantro. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and a pinch of chili pepper powder. Serve immediately.
