Beef skewers
Gourmet Asia suggests the perfect recipe for a barbecue: beef skewers with zucchini and peppers.
1. Cut the meat into cubes. Wash, dry and thin out the rosemary. Place the meat cubes in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. Add the rosemary and crushed pink peppercorns. Mix, cover with cling film and store for 30 minutes in the fridge.
2. Meanwhile, wash the zucchini and peppers. Peel the onions. Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Slice the zucchini.
3. Prepare the barbecue. Drain the meat. Thread the beef cubes on skewers, alternating with zucchini, peppers and onions.
4. Place the skewers on the grill, about 5 inches above the coals, for 10 minutes, turning regularly.
5. Add salt and pepper and serve immediately.
