1. Cook the tagliatelle in salted boiling water as indicated on the package. Drain and refresh under cold water.

2. Chop 4 sprigs of parsley. Peel and chop the onions. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.

3. Put the meat in a bowl. Add onion and egg. Salt, pepper and knead. Shape into small balls and roll them in flour.

4. Brown them in oil in a skillet. Set aside. Add the pasta and tomatoes in the pan. Place the meatballs on top. Heat for 5 minutes. Divide between plates. Sprinkle with parmesan and chopped parsley. Pepper and serve hot.
