1. Wash and remove the seeds of 1 red pepper, cut into cubes. Cook with a little oil in a skillet over high heat. Add 500 g chopped sirloin.

2. Mix 20 cl of water in a pan with 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Let reduce until syrupy, then pour over the meat. Simmer for 5 minutes.

3. Season with a few drops of tabasco. Serve with rice and tomato tartare.
