Salted caramel apples

Grab some apples and top them with salted caramel, you will end with a tasty dessert.

  Ingredients

1. In a saucepan, heat 10 cl water with 15 sugar cubes over high flame until the mixture darkens.

2. Remove from heat, stir in 30g salted butter. Pour tablespoons of heavy cream and put over low heat for a few minutes. Stir until the mixture is smooth.

3. Peel 4 apples, arrange on a platter and top with caramel. Refrigerate at least for 1 hour before serving.
