Grab some apples and top them with salted caramel, you will end with a tasty dessert.

General informations
Ingredients
1. In a saucepan, heat 10 cl water with 15 sugar cubes over high flame until the mixture darkens.
2. Remove from heat, stir in 30g salted butter. Pour 3 tablespoons of heavy cream and put over low heat for a few minutes. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
3. Peel 4 apples, arrange on a platter and top with caramel. Refrigerate at least for 1 hour before serving.
