Tomato and mozzarella pizza

If you want to make a classic tomato and mozzarella pizza, try this easy and quick recipe.

1. Peel and finely chop the garlicBlend the tomatoes and their juice until a thick sauce. Pour the tomato sauce and chopped garlic in a saucepan. Add salt and cook over low heat, stirring constantly for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

2. Preheat oven to th. 6/7 200°C. Wash dried tomatoes, pat dry and cut in half. Cut mozzarella into slices. Mix olive oil and chilli.

3. Roll out the pizza dough on the floured surface. Spread tomato sauce on each. Arrange slices of mozzarella and dried tomatoes. Sprinkle chili oil and oregano.

4. Add salt lightly and transfer the pizza on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
