Start your meal with a healthy dish. Here is an easy recipe to prepare a potage potato soup.

1. Peel and wash 800 g potatoes, cut into small cubes. Prepare and rinse 3 leeks, and cut into thin slices.

2. In a large saucepan with 10 g of butter, cook leeks over low heat for 10 minutes. Then add the potatoes and 1 liter of water. Add salt, cover and cook for 35 minutes.

3. Add in a food processor, and pour in a soup decant, pour 25 cl heavy cream in the center and ground pepper. Serve hot.
