Polenta and goat cheese gratin
Gourmand Asia recommends you a recipe for a polenta gratin with goat cheese. A balanced and gourmet dish.
1. Preheat the oven to 210°C (th. 7).
2. Peel and slice the onion. Cook over low heat in a nonstick skillet without fat, until golden brown. Add the drained chickpeas, lemon juice and herbs. Salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, covered and set aside.
3. Wash the tomatoes, cut into thin slices. Slice the goat cheese log. In a saucepan, boil 1 liter of water, gradually add the polenta and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. It should come off easily from the pan.
4. Place the polenta in a baking dish and season. Arrange over the chickpeas and the cooking juice. Top with the tomato and goat cheese slices. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy warm topped with tomato sauce.
