For starter, follow our easy recipe and make a fragrant green vegetable soup.

1.  Peel and chop 1 onion, 1 garlic clove and 1 cucumber. Wash and slice 2 leeks, 1 small bunch of parsley, 200 g of spinach. Place the vegetables in a pot, cover with 1 liter of vegetable stock, bring to boil and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.

2. Blend, pour into 4 bowls, season with fresh ground pepper, and garnish with mint leaves. Serve hot or cold.
