Spaghetti with tomato sauce and tuna

Spaghetti with tomato sauce and tuna are complemented with peas and basil sprigs: aroma, taste for a hearty dish!

1. Wash the tomatoes and remove the stalks. Dip 1 minute in boiling water. Drain, cool, peel, remove the seeds and cut them into quarters.

2. Wash, dry and thin out the basil. Drain the tuna and cut into pieces.

3. Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet. Add the tomatoes, tuna and peas. Add salt and pepper and mix gently. Reduce heat and cover. Continue cooking for 20 minutes over low heat.

4. Cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package. Drain, sprinkle with a little olive oil and divide in the warmed dishes. Add the tomatoes and tuna. Sprinkle with basil leaves and serve immediately.
