General informations
Ingredients
1. Separate the broccoli into small florets, wash with water and vinegar then rinse with clear water. Steam for 15 minutes, salt and pepper.
2. Cook the rice as directed on the package, and drain. Cut the chicken breasts into pieces.
3. Heat oil in the wok and fry the chicken for about 5 minutes, salt and pepper. Add the chicken stock with 2 glasses of water and dilute over high heat.
4. Divide rice, broccoli florets and chicken into 4 bowls. Pour the stock. Serve immediately.
Our cooking tip: You can add bean sprouts and baby corns. Serve with soy sauce.
