Marinated salmon, vodka and green pepper

Discover a new way to enjoy salmon with the subtle scents of anise and green pepper. A real treat!

1. Squeeze the lemons and cut the lime into slices. Wash and dry the dill. Chop some sprigs coarsely and finely chop the rest. In a bowl combine the olive oil, vodka, soy sauce, lemon juice and chopped dill. Pour the sauce on the slices of salmon. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.

2. Drain the salmon. And quickly sear in a pan with the remaining olive oil. Place on a plate. In the same pan, pour in the marinade, green pepper and cream and bring to a boil.

3. Preheat the oven at 200°C (th6/7). Divide the sauce into the mini pots and add the precooked salmon. Salt and pepper. Decorate with lime slices and chopped dill. Cover and place in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
