Smoked salmon blinis with herbs chantilly

For a successful appetizer with friends, follow this smoked salmon recipe and chantilly herbs on min blinis

  Ingredients

1. Wash and chop chervil. Whip egg whites to stiff peaks. Add the chopped chervil. Salt and pepper.

2. Cut the smoked salmon into small cubes.

3. Spread the chantilly with herbs on the mini blinis with a piping bag fitted with a chantilly nozzle tip.

Place a small cube of smoked salmon and serve cold.
