Easy chocolate cake

Incredibly soft and tasty, this chocolate cake is extremely simple. This recipe is for chocolate lovers.

1. Preheat oven to th. 7-220°C. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the yolks with the sugar in a bowl until the mixture turns pale.

2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Incorporate to previous mixture. Stir in the flour, almonds and butter.

3. Whisk the egg whites and fold them into the mixture.

4. Grease a cake mould with butter, pour the batter and bake for 20 minutes. Cool before unmolding.
