Chocolate, many of us can not live without it! For tea, make these delicious chocolate financiers. Easy to make, they will delight everyone!

 1. Heat the whipping cream in a pan. In  bowl, break the chocolate into pieces. Pour the boiling cream over the chocolate and mix. Preheat the oven at 180°C.

2. Beat the egg whites with a fork. Alternatively, add in the almond powder, flour, icing sugar, salt and baking powder.

3. Brown the butter over low heat, leave it to cool then incorporate into the egg white mixture. Pour the batter onto the chocolate and mix until you obtain a smooth texture.

4. Divide the batter into the financier molds and bake for about 20 minutes. Let cool before removing the financiers from the molds. Serve with coffee.
