Here is a very original and delicious dessert recipe: Trio of chocolate mousse.

1. For the dark chocolate mousse: separate the egg whites and the yolks. Melt the chopped chocolate in a bain-marie. Remove from the heat and incorporate the yolks, one by one, while stirring. Beat the whites into stiff peaks and then add the sugar. Fold into the chocolate mixture lifting from the bottom up. Divide the mousse into the glasses and place in the fridge for 3 hours.

2. Prepare the milk chocolate mousse in the same manner. Place them in glasses and then in the fridge.

3. For the white chocolate mousse: beat the yolks with sugar and 1 tablespoon of cold water. Place them in a bowl in a bain-marie for 10 minutes and whisk. Remove from the bain-marie and continue to whisk. Melt the white chocolate with the butter. Mix with the egg yolks. Whip the liquid cream into a stiff whipped cream. Add the cream to the white chocolate. Pour the mousse in glasses and place in the fridge for 3 hours.

4. Before serving, decorate the mousses with gummy bears and chocolate pieces.
