1. Melt 125 g butter. Preheat the oven to th. 7/8 - 220°C. Whisk the eggs with the sugar and salt. Add the flour, baking powder and melted butter. Mix well.

2. Buttered a madeleine baking pan mold and fill with the batter. Bake for 5 minutes, then bring the temperature of the oven to th. 6/7 - 200°C and cook for 7 minutes.

3. Allow the madeleines to cool and unmold on a grill  rack.
