1. Preheat the oven to 210°C (th. 7). Beat butter and sugar together until the mixture is creamy. Add the eggs one by one, flour and yeast. Mix well.

2. Gently fold the raspberries into the batter. Buttered and floured a loaf pan. Pour the batter.

3. Bake for 5 minutes, then lower the temperature to 170°C (th. 5/6) and bake for another 35 minutes.

4. Insert a knife to check the cooking, it should come out clean. Unmold right out of the oven and let cool on a rack.

5. Serve with raspberry jam.
