Try your hand at this stuffing fennel and parmesan, it will add flavor and aroma to your best garnished dishes.

1. Wash and grate the fennel.

2. Soak the bread in milk and squeeze. Wash, thin out and chop the rosemary and parsley.

3. In a bowl beat the egg, add the grated fennel, bread crumbs, lemon juice, parmesan, rosemary and parsley. Season and mix. You can garnish a squid with this stuffing.
