Salmon fillet with chanterelle mushrooms

The salmon blends beautifully with the delicate flavor of chanterelle mushrooms. A true delight.

1. Wrap each salmon fillet with 3 slices of bacon. Let brown on each side in a pan with olive oil for 10 minutes.

2. Peel and crush the garlic, wash and chop the parsley. Wash and peel the mushrooms.

3. Melt the butter in another pan with the garlic, parsley and sunflower seeds. Add the mushrooms, salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.

4. Serve the salmon with the warm mushrooms.
