Lamb cones with apples and raisins
A sweet and sour recipe that showcases lamb meat. The marriage between the lamb and raisins is amazing!
1. Cut the lamb into small cubes. Peel the apple and cut into cubes, same size as the meat. Peel and chop the onion.
2. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180°C. Cut the phyllo sheets in half. Oil the edges with a brush and roll each half in cone shaped. Place a parchment paper inside to keep the shape during the cooking. Bake for 3 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, fry the onion for 2 minutes in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the meat and raisins and cook for 3 minutes on high heat. Salt and pepper. Set aside. Brown the diced apple for 2 minutes on high heat. They should remain crunchy.
4. Fill in the cones with the mixture and serve immediately.
