1. Preheat the oven at  210°C (th. 7). Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Grease the tart mould with butter and place the dough in it. Prick the base with a fork. Cover with parchment paper and place the dried beans. Bake for 15 minutes.

2. During this time, wash the plums. Remove the pits and cut into quarters.

3. Remove the tart shell from the oven, remove the baking sheet with the beans and let it cool. Reduce the temperature to 180°C (th. 6).

4. Spread the plum jelly on the base of the tart, then arrange the fruit quarters. Sprinkle the brown sugar. Place the plum tart in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Leave it to cool before serving.
