Gourmet Asia suggests you the roast beef recipe with chocolate crust. A real treat.

1. Preheat the oven to 210°C (th. 7). Roast in a pan 600 g beef with a dash of olive oil. Let cool on an oven rack.

2. Roll out a puff pastry, place the meat, salt and pepper. Cover with 100 g dark chocolate with chili pepper. Fold the dough over the meat and brush with 1 egg yolk. Bake for about 20 minutes, upon desired doneness.

3. Let the roast beef rest for a few minutes before serving, sliced and complement with a gratin made with three apples (red, green and yellow).
