Ingredients
1. Cut 1 vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape the seeds. Put into ½ litre of milk and ½ litre of cream with 140 g of sugar.
2. Bring to a boil, then let infused. Beat 6 eggs to make an omelet with 60 g of sugar.
3. Dip one by one, 8 large slices of country bread in milk first, and then in the omelet.
4. Place in a pan with butter, and fry a few minutes on each side, with butter.
Our tip: Serve French toasts with a vanilla ice cream scoop.
