Chocolate cream tart
To finish your meal, here is a great dessert recipe: chocolate cream tart. It's easy to do and a real delight..
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). Roll out the dough onto a tart shell, cover with baking paper and dried beans, bake for 25 minutes.
2. In a large saucepan over high heat, combine 200 g dark chocolate with 25 g unsalted butter, 1 tablespoon of honey and 10 cl cream. Stir until the mixture is melted and smooth. Be careful not to boil.
3. Off the pan, beat 3 egg yolks to the saucepan, then put it back and cook for 30 seconds. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add 25 g chopped almonds and mix well. Let cool for 15 minutes.
4. Beat 10 cl cream and stir gently in the previous mixture with a metal spoon until smooth. Pour over the cooked shortbread dough and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
5. Cut 6 slices and sprinkle the top with cocoa powder. Top with 6 scoops of ice cream on each part. Serve immediately.
