1. Wash the potatoes and steam for 20 minutes. When cooked, peel and slice. Cut the salmon into cubes.

2. Preheat oven to th. 7-210°C. Oil 6 ramekins. Line the bottom and sides with potato slices. Arrange the salmon cubes, pour the cream, salt and fresh ground pepper. Cover with potatoes.

3. Bake for 15 minutes. The potatoes should be golden. Unmold, sprinkle with sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Serve immediately.
