1. Preheat oven to th. 6/7 - 200°C. Break the chocolate into pieces in a large saucepan and add the butter into pieces and sugar. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from flame and pour flour, then add the eggs one by one.

2. Line a parchment paper in a mold and pour batter. Bake for 20 minutes. Unmold and serve warm.

Our tip: You can also prepare individual chocolate fondant and add a small piece of white chocolate or a candied cherry.
