Fruit salad is a classic dessert. Here is a recipe to make a mango and papaya salad.

Ingredients
1. Squeeze the lemons and pour the juice into a saucepan. Combine 5 cl water, cane sugar and the vanilla pod split lengthwise into two halves. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let the syrup cool.
2. Cut the pomegranate in half. Collect the seeds with a teaspoon. Rinse and pat dry the blueberries. Peel the papaya and mangoes. Cut into cubes.
3. Put all the fruits in a bowl. Remove the vanilla pod, drizzle with cooled syrup dressing. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Gently toss to coat. Serve chilled.
