Meatloaf with red cabbage
For a quick and easy meal, try the meatloaf with red cabbage recipe.
1. Remove the outer hard leaves from the outside of 1/2 the red cabbage. Cut into fine strips. Peel and chop 1 onion.
2. Heat 20 g of butter with 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pot. Toss the onion for 5 minutes with the cabbage, then add 3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar and mix.
3. Dampen with water and cover. Add 2 teaspoons of olive oil to the pot. Salt and pepper to taste and leave to cook for 30 minutes with its lid on. Leave it on heat until it evaporates entirely.
4. Chop 35 g meat for stewing. Chop 1 onion, 1 carrot and 1 garlic clove. Heat 20 g butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pot, brown onions with the carrots, add the garlic and meat. Cook for 5 minutes and stir.
5. Pour 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of vinegar and cover with water. Leave to cook for 20 minutes.
6. Mix all the ingredients and pour into a gratin dish and cover with baking paper. Bake the meatloaf at 200°C(th. 6/7 ) for 15 minutes.
