General informations
Ingredients
1. Mix the juice of 2 lemons, 6 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 tablespoons of liquid honey, 4 tablespoons of mustard, 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds. Set aside.
2. Cut 1 salmon fillet, skinless and boneless, lengthwise into strips of 3 cm.
3. On a plate, mix 2 tablespoons of cumin, 2 tablespoons of curry, 2 tablespoons of cinnamon, and 4 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds. Coat the fish strips in the spice mix.
4. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet, fry fish strips for 2 minutes on each side.
5. Cut the fish into cubes. Arrange on a plate and serve with toothpicks.
