What about preparing a hake fillet with a Mexican twist? An easy and tasty dish.

1. In a pot, cook the sliced carrots in olive oil for 10 minutes. Add the minced onions, chili peppers, and bean sprouts. Arrange over the fillets of hake.

2. Add salt and sprinkle with lemon juice. Simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat with a lid.

3. If needed, pour 1 or 2 glasses of water. Add the tomatoes. Cook for 10 minutes.
