General informations
Ingredients
1. Whisk the egg yolks with granulated sugar on a double boiler (bain-marie).
2. Pour the jasmine tea and beat again for 10 minutes: the batter should coat a spoon.
3. Whip the cream into a chantilly, and gently fold in the egg mixture.
4. Divide the raspberries into 4 ramekins. Pour the sabayon.
5. Turn on the broiler and place for the sabayons for 3-4 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
