Orange chicken strips

For a quick and easy meal, try cooking this boneless orange chicken dinner with a side of potatoes or rice.

1. Take the zest of 1 orange. Cut the orange zest into thin strips and blanch for 2 minutes in boiling water. Cool and drain.

2. Cut the chicken breasts into large strips lengthwise. Pour some flour on the chicken. Add salt and pepper to taste.

3. Saute the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes in a pan with melted butter, stirring regularly. Add the juice of 2 oranges. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the zests. Sprinkle cayenne pepper and squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon.

4. Serve with rice or steamed potatoes.
