Ingredients
1. Cut 1 chicken into 6 pieces. Score the skin and then place the pieces in a baking dish. In a bowl, combine ¾ of barbecue sauce with 3 tablespoons of cold water. Pour over the chicken and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 210°C (th. 7). Wash 600 g potatoes and cut into thick slices, 2 cm thickness. Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet. Add the potatoes and let brown over high heat, salt and pepper, cook over low heat.
3. Remove the chicken from the fridge, sprinkle with 30 g of brown sugar and bake for 30 minutes. Serve in the pan with the potatoes.
