Travel to Alsace with this traditional recipe tart flambée. It's very easy to make, so enjoy.

  Ingredients

1.Place flour in a bowl, dig a hole, add a pinch of salt and 40 cl of warm water. Knead the dough by hand for 10 minutes. Make a ball, cover and let rest for 1 hour.

2. Knead again for 5 minutes and let rest for 1 hour.

3. Peel, slice and salt onions. Place in a colander.

4.For the filling: combine the cream cheese, sour cream, oil and egg yolk in a bowl. Salt and pepper.

5.  Preheat the oven to 240°C (th. 8). Divide the dough into 2 even balls and roll them out as thinly as possible. Line a parchment paper on each tart shell. Spread over the onions and bacon. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
