Ingredients
1. Rinse and dry the trouts. Peel and chop the shallots. Wash, dry, thin out and mince the parsley. Preheat oven to th. 6-180°C.
2. Place the trouts in a baking dish, sprinkle with butter knobs, shallots, parsley, salt and pepper. Pour the white wine in the bottom of the dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes depending on the size of the trouts.
3. Serve hot and baste with the cooking juices.
