Here is a simple recipe to prepare a delicious leek pie. Let's start cooking.

1. Wash the leeks and cut into slices. Let sweat in a pan with butter for 5 minutes. Lightly salt. Set aside.

2. Preheat the oven to 200°C (th. 6/7).

3. Prepare the batter: Beat the 3 eggs into a bowl, add the cream, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Add some grated nutmeg.

4. Transfer the puff pastry dough in a pie pan.

5. Add the leeks to the cream and egg mixture. Adjust the seasoning. Pour over and cover with the second dough. Make a small cut in the center and bake for 30 minutes.
