Mini pizza trio

For an evening with friends, we recommend this easy recipe to make a trio of mini pizzas.

1. Divide the pizza dough into three balls. Roll them out thinly on the floured surface. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 240°C (th. 8).

2. For the pizza with cherry tomatoes: wash and dry the tomatoes. Drain and cut the mozzarella ball into slices. Spread the first pizza dough with a thin layer of tomato sauce. Cover with slices of mozzarella and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil. Salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes.

3. For the pizza with goat cheese: Cut the beetroots into strips. Roll out the second dough, spread the tomato sauce, add the beets, then cover with goat cheese slices. Sprinkle with walnut kernels, season with pepper (do not salt). Bake for 15 minutes.

4. For the pizza with bell peppers: Wash, peel, seed and chop the bell peppers. Sauté for 5 minutes in a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil. Peel and remove the green germ of the garlic cloves. Spread the tomato sauce. Sprinkle with the bell peppers, chopped garlic and olives. Salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes.
