1. Wash and cut the zucchini into small cubes. Heat a pan with a little olive oil and fry over high heat with thyme, a little salt and pepper. Wash, seed and cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Dice the feta cheese. Preheat oven to 180°C (th. 6).

2. Roll out the pizza dough into a mold, or directly on a plate keeping the baking paper. Prick with a fork. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream and parmesan. Pepper.

3. Arrange zucchini, tomatoes and feta. Pour the eggs over and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top turns golden brown.

4. Remove from the oven, spread fresh herbs, and enjoy immediately.
