Here is an easy and economic dish to make: Sautéed potatoes in butter.

Ingredients
1. Peel the potatoes. Rinse, dry and cut them into cubes. Wash, dry and chop the parsley.
2. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the potatoes and sauté over high heat for 20 minutes until they are golden brown. Add the parsley, then reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring gently.
3. Sprinkle with sea salt and ground pepper. Serve immediately.
