Goat cheese nougat

Here is a traditional recipe to make goat cheese nougat. To be served as a starter.

  Ingredients

1. Wash and drain the salads. Finely chop the chives. Crush the pink peppercorns. Coarsely chop the dried fruits.

2. Make the goat cheese nougat. Gather into a bowl the goat cheese, chopped chives, crushed pink peppercorns, pepper and 2 pinches of salt. Crush with a fork. Refrigerate.

3. Mix walnut oil and balsamic vinegar. Keep some walnut oil for an herbed sauce with parsley and fresh coriander.

4. Peel the apple. Squeeze lemon over the apple, core and pit. Cut into small cubes. Incorporate into the goat cheese nougat.
