Raspberry tiramisu

Tiramisu is a delicious and very popular dessert. Here is a recipe to make one with raspberries. A real delight.

1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with 100 g sugar and vanilla sugar. While beating, stir in the mascarpone. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Fold to the previous mixture. Place in refrigerator for 24 hours.

2. Rinse and dry the raspberries. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar. Add a little water to the raspberry liqueur and soak the ladyfingers. Arrange the biscuits in 6 glasses, add the mascarpone cream and raspberries. Garnish with some fresh mint and serve tiramisu immediately.
