Potato duo stuffed with lamb

Here is a recipe to prepare a potato duo stuffed with lamb. To be served as a starter or main dish.

  Ingredients

1. Peel and chop the onion. Cut the lamb into pieces and chop.

2. Add a tablespoon of oil in a pan, add the meat with the onion. Sprinkle spices, salt, pepper and cook for 5 minutes, stirring. Set aside.

3. Wash and dry all potatoes. Cut in half horizontally. Scoop out a little of their flesh. Preheat oven to 180°C (th. 6).

4. Oil a baking dish. Place the potatoes close next to each other.

5. Stuff with the meat mixture. Sprinkle with thyme sprigs. Cover with aluminum foil.

6.  Bake for 45 minutes. Cooking halfway remove the aluminum foil. Serve immediately.
